It says a malfunction in the cue.

Hello

Have problems with mouse and keyboard, it says a malfunction in the cue.

when I update Windows AF in 2016 August when the problems began.

I cant update for stuff or CUE program.

I have to shut down the program, and then restart the CUE, which works a little but the problem comes back.

it work better if I plug in 2.0.

has updated all drives and cue.

and some of my friends have the same problem. and they have not corsair stuff.

That Windows 10 have the problem or is there another that makes the problem?

did have a cleaning with CCleaner. Started totally from scratch. Reinstalled CUE

I had the same problem as well on Windows 10. They RMA me the 1st keyboard but the problem was there on the 2nd keyboard as well.

The only change that i did and it helped me to stop the malfunction problem is to connect the keyboard in a USB 3.1 type A instead of a USB 3.0.

It seems since USB 3.1 can deliver more power it covers the needs of the keyboard.

okey, will try this, but have try with 2.0, 3.0.

but I think all corsair stuff are 2.0 usb so no matter if more power. men try in 3.1 :)

EDIT: no. not batter. I think windows 10 is problem.
