mjl9320 Posted November 10, 2016 Share Posted November 10, 2016 I just connected a new K95 rgb keyboard to my windows 7 desktop. The keyboard is plugged in and works, but the corsair software doesn't seem to recognize it. I installed the CUE 2 software from corsair. When using the software, the keyboard will not change colors. It is set on a default color pattern that it came with. I tried searching your support site for answers, but found nothing useful. I tried using different USB ports, all have the same outcome. I tried uninstalling CUE 2 and installing CUE 1, and get the same issue. The CUE 1 software reports that a device isn't found. The available troubleshooting documentation seems useless so far.
