Corsair Employee Corsair Kevin Posted November 8, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 8, 2018 Do you have another USB header on the motherboard you can try? If you don't do you have another Mini-B USB cable you can use to just see if the PSU is recognized when plugged into an external USB port? If not, this may require an RMA. Corsair Employee Corsair Kevin Posted November 8, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 8, 2018 You could try uninstalling the Corsair Virtual Input Device from Device Manager, as well as uninstalling Corsair Link (if you don't have a need for it). Update iCUE, then reboot.
Cemil2565
I tried also uninstalling Corsair Virtual Input Device and rebooting, uninstalling corsairlink will not change anything other clink device works that should be the same.
