rollingazn Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 I've just bought the Void Pro rgb wireless headset, but so far the sounds coming in muffled. The muffled sound was really noticeable when I started play playerunknown's battleground, everything like footsteps and gunshots sounded so muffled compared to my old vengeance 1500 which was crystal clear before it broke. I have done the firmware update for both the headset and the dongle even forced update it again. Is there a specific EQ I have to adjust to? Toasted Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 If Dolby Surround is enabled, try disabling it and see whether the sounds are muffled in-game. It may be best to keep the EQ profile on Pure Direct for now. Have you tried changing in-game settings? Is there any difference to the sound?
