Kuram
It shipped to me June 5th 2013. 3 years seems entirely too short for an SSD used only for the OS and miscellaneous programs (games and frequently read documents/media are on other drives). I got this error today: http://i.imgur.com/kdqc0ae.jpg This evening, my PC has frozen 4 times at random times and I've been forced to restart, getting the same error every time. However, my SMART attributes are flagged as 'good' in speccy. I've looked it up, and I still can't really tell if they are good or not because the numbers are apparently vendor specific, and I have no context for them. http://i.imgur.com/JUM81Wf.png Am I SOL? Are there things I could be doing to prevent future freezes/errors for at least a few more years? I don't even know what the warranty for corsair drives are, although I'd guess 6-12mo so I have no recourse there?
Toasted
The Neutron line has a five year warranty rather than the standard three year warranty. You can request an RMA to replace the drive. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

Toasted
Corsair's warranty policy and process information can be found here; http://www.corsair.com/en/support/warranty Generally a average RMA will take about 2 weeks maximum. But this will depend on other circumstances e.g. Delivery of the faulty drive to Corsair, public holidays, etc.
