FateX Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 I recently been approved for RMA on my ax860i and I carefully read the instructions included in the shipping label. I've seen the shipping instructions for cooler and ram but see no specific instruction for PSU. Can I send cossair just only the PSU or do I need to send the PSU and 24 pin connector power cable that connects to MOBO or PSU and all power cables that was included with the PSU including the cossair link cable? I've also tried looking back on some old threads similar to my question on the cossair and third party troubleshooting forums but I'm not sure if their answer is reliable up to date now. FateX Posted September 10, 2017 Author Share Posted September 10, 2017 I was using a new 24 pin connector that I bought from the cossair store for the PSU thinking it would have been a cable problem at the time. would it be alright to include that one as well or just the original 24 pin cable?
