The H100iGTX coolant temperature is 65°C so I expect the pump has failed. Request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. Remember to upload your original invoice.

BTW you should not run Corsair Link and ASUS software at the same time, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=751185 and many other posts.

I know Thermal Radar 2 should to be closed, but ASUS GPU Tweak II may be OK. It all depends on what hardware it is accessing.

See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=901246 and follow the links.

I suspect you need to disable fan control for the CPU_FAN header in the BIOS so the H100iV2 get's the constant +12 volts that it needs.

the only thing i saw was on Bios > Monitor > CPU_FAN = Ignore? or i did wrong because fan still stop when im on idle im not using or clicking anything and it will go on after i

click mouse or keyboard..

I can't see the BIOS screen, it would be ideal is you posted a screen shot.

Reading the manual I suspect you need to set [PWM Mode] and [Disabled]

here is the photo is this it?

You really need someone who has the same motherboard to help you.

I suspect if you select [Disabled] the RPM may not get reported, does it?

If it doesn't them select [PWM Mode] and it should, does it?

Basically in PWM Mode pin-2 will get a constant +12 volts and pin-4 would control the speed.
