Void RGB Recording and Sound Don't Work at the Same Time

I recently just got the Corsair k95 platinum keyboard. I've had the Corsair Voids for a while now, but I didn't get corsairs drivers till just recently. It worked perfectly before I installed the drivers, and updated the firmware on my headset. Now. I can't get the sound and mic to work at the same time. I do a lot of voice chatting, and It really is a big problem not being able to talk to people when I'm in a voice chat. I've tried pairing it again, tried rebooting, uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers, force updating the headset even though it is at the most current firmware, and disabled all other sound devices to see if that would work. Usually after 5-6 computer reboots, I can get it to work, but that is quite a hassle to get my mic working. The only thing I haven't tried is rolling back the firmware on my headset, but I haven't looked, and I was hoping there was another solution.

Do you mean sidetone?

 

If so, Adjust/unmute the sidetone volume in CUE next to the microphone volume slider.
