cobrano Posted May 3, 2017 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Hi, I bought a Corsair CX450M psu 2 weeks ago. One day while i was using the computer, it's fan started to bare for a minute, and then it stopped it. Since that time, i restarted my computer 3 times, I also played, but I didn't notice it again. It also makes a faint repeatable eletrical noise when the computer is off, but it still under power. (psu switch is on, if i turn it off, the noise goes away in a few seconds) Can it be a problem with the power cable, or surge protector? My question, should I take it back to the shop for guarantee?
