jockorange Posted November 24, 2017 Share Posted November 24, 2017 ok i might be being dense here but in the sound control panel for the headset there is a spatial sound tab that doesn't let you select a format and the turn on 7.1 box is greyed out so you can't select it. i brought a factory refurb pair so i am worried in case there is an issue with them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 This is normal when CUE drivers are installed. To use the Spatial effects, you will need to uninstall the CUE audio drivers or switch it to the generic Microsoft drivers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
