mudig
they don't come up on the CUE software. Is it bc it's not compatible with my motherboard(X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming). Is it only compatible on Intel chipsets?
xMORBIDx410
I'm also having the same issue with my Asus x470-i Gaming motherboard both dimms aren't showing up in Corsair LINK or Corsair CUE. But they both show up when I move them over to my Z270 build.
monakh
I have the same problem with my Asus CH7. The good news is that you can at least control the RGB LED lighting from the AURA or AORUS software to sync it with the heatsink lighting on the mainboard itself. It works fine. This is assuming you have the "SPD Write" option enabled in your BIOS, of course (if your BIOS has it).
Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 23, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 23, 2018 For those of you using Asus or Aorus, if you can control it in your motherboard controls, you can't control it in Clink. Only one software can control a hardware device at a time. Also, make sure you have SPD write turned on in your BIOS.
monakh
No, iCUE doesn't see the memory at all. I only installed AURA after all attempts to recognize the memory in iCUE failed.
