I bought my void about half a year ago. since i have my headset i have not faced any problems with it until today. I think it was during an update of my CUE software when my mic sounded robotical. I tried reinstalling the software but nothing helped. When i deleted my CUE again and installed the other 1.16 software, my headset did not work at all. I have reinstalled many times, used different versions of the CUE, edit my sound options and ran the windows sound support but nothing helped. Is this my headset? Or is the software down?
