I recently bought a Graphite series 780T (White) case and the side panel somehow got scratched (even though I take the utmost of care with these things as they're not cheap) and got the following reply: "We have approved your Standard Replacement RMA request. Your ticket # is 6*****. Once Corsair physically receives your item, your RMA will be processed and shipped. For your convenience, click on the shipping label link at the top of your ticket to access the return address label and further shipping instructions. Please use this label when shipping parts back to Corsair." The problem is that I'm unsure whether they are wanting me to return the whole case or just the window panel itself or the whole side panel including the window? I don't know.
