Zero Replies to Tickets (Been over a week)

It's been close to 12 days & I'm getting zero replies to my ticket. I also contacted the live support twice & was told I would get a reply in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. Is there any other way to create a RMA, this is getting ridiculous not getting any kind of help or reply.

It looks like your ticket (ending in 53) was responded to last Friday.

 

Ok, Thanks. I'm not getting any kind E-mail saying it's been updated. All my tickets just say Null. It's hard to tell if the ticket has been updated or not.

Yeah, Null's getting replaced. That's just where the RMA Status is (Approved, Shipped, etc) if the ticket has an RMA Status.

 

ok, It seems there some bugs in the system still. It may explain why tickets are not being answered or going through to support. Usually Corsair support is very fast at answering problems & creating a RMA for an item.

 

This is the first time I ever had a problem getting a hold of someone at Corsair.
