I also contacted the live support twice & was told I would get a reply in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. I'm not getting any kind E-mail saying it's been updated. All my tickets just say Null. It's hard to tell if the ticket has been updated or not. It may explain why tickets are not being answered or going through to support. Usually Corsair support is very fast at answering problems & creating a RMA for an item.
