Today when I booted system up, got error that a connected device did not load properly which was the headset. Both the blue and amber light on the headset are solid and no sound is coming through headset. Have read similar threads but would prefer to open my own. I tired the pairing proceedure discribed on the FAQ page, but could not get the headset to respond by holding down the on/off button. Please help. I'm kind of disappointed, been using this headset for about 4 months now without any problem, untill this happened last night. Hope it's a one time thing.
