K65 Rapidfire image not showing up on CUE

Hi guys,

Recently I have bought a K65 MX Red LUX RGB and it was working fine unless a RGB switch starting failing and I exchanged to a K65 rapidfire LUX RGB. Since that, this Rapidfire's image didn't show anymore on the CUE software. I can change default RGB profiles, colors and so forth, but I cannot create any new custom profile.

Follows the checklist I've made unsuccessfully before start this new thread:

- Tested in many different USB ports with only 1 and both USB plugs

- Tried different CUE versions

- Updated the firmware

- Restored my O.S.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I've searched for many other forums and information but I couldn't find any good information.

I'm not sure where the details are but i swear i have seen other folks complain about this, it never happened to me but there is a troubleshooting tip here somewhere regarding this issue in previous versions
