Default UK RMA Keyboard questions

I am about to RMA My K70 rgb lux and i have a few questions if anyone is kind enough to help.

1. Do i send it back in the original packaging as i would like to keep this for resale value in the future.

2. Should i send the extra keycaps that came with the k70 back or do i keep these.

3. Do they send me a brand new one, refurbished, or the same one repaired?

Many thanks

Jack

Only send the keyboard, not the packaging or extras. The replacement could be new or refurbished.

Hmm. I have conflicting information. Who's right?

It really seems you all need to get on the same page. Even if you both are due to regional differences that's something which needs to be clarified on an open, public forum.

I'm fully aware of that info. Like I said it seems you all need to get on the same page. Saying "We always send brand new" is a pretty concrete statement.
