Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted November 13, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 13, 2018 There are few things you can try to improve connectivity. Update to the latest USB drivers on the motherboard manufacturer's website instead of the generic Windows versions. Try connecting to USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard, or different USB stacks. Which version of iCUE are you currently running?
yeoldfart
Thank you latest version of ICue online, I have a 3 months old mobo with everyting 0 day updated, tried USB 2 and 3 ports: no way, everything AMD besides graphic board. Just disappointing.
Apophis3
SOmeone else had a similar issue and reset the keyboard by holding down Esc when plugging it in, and holding it down until the kb resets. May address your issue.
yeoldfart
thank you, I unsuccessfully tried that, light shone after a reboot... I assume it's an ICue drivers problem btw Windows identified K55 since the first day.
