Default LL120 RGB Fan issue

So I wanted to change the colour of my Corsair fans via iCUE. I've done this before and have the fans since May, but today I noticed that a part of the middle fan won't change colour. A part stays white even though the rest of the fan does change colour!

I tried restarting my PC etc but that didn't help. The pictures attached are the fans (it's kinda hard to see that a part of the middle one stays white because of the camera).

Does anyone knows how to fix this? Or is the fan broken?
In advance thanks to everyone who reads this post!

That does look like a bad fan LED.
Just to confirm ... can you show us the iCue configuration screen? And which position is this fan on the fan hub? (1, 2, or 3)
Please click "Edit System Specs" and fill out your system info.

As Devbiker mention, post your iCue configuration screen so we can determine everything looks good there. As well, could you try swapping the fans on the hub to see if the issue follows the port or the fan itself?
