tpool212
Iam looking to add a H100i liquid cooler to my system but I want to make sure it will fit as this is my first experience with liquid cooling. I have a Corair Carbide Series 200 R case with a ASUS Z97-A Motherboard. I'm removing the top 5-1/4 drive and replacing it with a short fan controller/temp sensor. Will this cooler fit in the top fan spaces of my case and will there be any clearance problems or lenght of hose problems. Thjanks for ur help Tpool212

tpool212
Thanks for the info. Do u know what interferes with the top mounting and if the case can be modded for fit. Like maybe on the side panel ? thanks

Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted November 17, 2014 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 17, 2014 The area above the motherboard only has ~25mm of clearance. You need ~50mm of clearance to fit an H100i. You could hypothetically mod the side panel and mount the radiator and fans to that.
