mvandw
I've recently purchased a 512 MB Memory Module Kit (2 x 256 MB modules) and installed it in my PC. It's has been running well until about 1 month ago. Nothing had changed in the hardware or software since the original installation. I started experiencing random crashes that got progressively worse until it became unusable. After many hours/days of debugging I narrowed down the problem to the RAM. Using the CMOS ram check (it was defaulted to "off" until this point) the CMOS reported RAM check failed. Swapping in only one of the two modules I was able to identified the failed module. My retailer told me to contact you for an RMA. How can I return this module? Do I need to return both? The module label has the following info: VS256MB400 LOT 0446076-0 Thanks Mark
