Krabkakes
I just went to best buy and purchased a K55 and a Scimitar Pro. Neither of which are detected by CUE. I just downloaded CUE, it's version is 1.16.42. I hit update in the program and it says no updates are available so I should be using the most recent version. Both the keyboard and the mouse function, Windows 10 installed the default HID device drivers as soon as I plugged them in. I've tried all USB ports on my computer including USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and the top ports on the motherboard (which I've read are reserved for HID devices). Any ideas? I think I'm going to do a clean installed of CUE and try again...
Krabkakes
So, I needed CUE 2. For some reason the corsair support page (for the Scimitar) downloaded CUE 1. It even says it's going to download CUE1... WTF corsair? Lol. Oh well, it works now.
Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 23, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 23, 2018 Hi Krabkakes, Wanted to check this, felt I should explain. For whatever reason, the Corsair Gaming Scimitar download is higher up the list than the Scimitar Pro. CG Scimitar's a lot older. Definitely confusing. Either way, happy to see you got it working.
