danpierce92 Posted August 3, 2012 Share Posted August 3, 2012 A few days ago i got my m90 mouse and went about setting it up, i plugged it in and the basic functions work as normal , (scroll, left and right click, back button, dpi up and down, and the profile up and down buttons) sadly whenever i run the firmware update utility i get a "Cannot open USB device, please reinstall driver!" error. As a result im guessing this is why when i program keys , although they save, dont work. I'll admit i dont know much about this and realise i could be doing some things wrong but i feel pretty much out on my own here and dont know what to do , I really want to get this sorted as it is pretty frustrating forking out the money for the mouse and it not working fully. any help would be greatly appreciated.
