The first unit arrived and the seal on the inner box was split and a part was missing and the PSU was only wrapped in plastic with no cloth bag. Thinking it was a returned unit Amazon sent me another and the first was returned. I received the second unit today and again the inside seal was split open. This had all the parts but again the power supply was in plastic only with no cloth bag. Is Amazon sending me returned units or refurbs? Did Corsair stop shipping the units with the cloth bag? Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted March 7, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 7, 2019 So our packaging for the PSUs have changed and they are no longer being sent out in the cloth bags and instead are being packaged in the plastic bags you are noticing.
