Corsair K95 RGB Platinum - Number Row Not Working (num pad works)

Hey all,

 

So this is a weird one. After ending my WoW raid last night I saw my character perform all of the actions on my action bar, in quick succession. I opened up note pad and it was outputting a ton of numbers. I performed some troubleshooting steps, and now the number row won't work at all, but the num pad still works.

 

Troubleshooting steps tried:

-Reseated USB cable

-Tried USB3.0 and 2.0

-Performed a soft reset of the keyboard

-Rebooted the computer into safe mode

-Plugged another keyboard into the computer, that works

-Forced a firmware update to the keyboard

-Switched polling rates

-Fiddled with the cabling to see if there were any kinks

-Switched profiles and ensure there were no macros set

 

 

Any help would be appreciated. It's strange that it wasn't just one key that went out, but the entire number row.
