JM
Hi! The device is unlocked using the pin. Green "unlock"-symbol is lit, and the blue LED is flashing. I am using W7 Enterprise and the padlock is detected as "Corsair Padlock v2 USB Device" and the device status is "This device is working properly". The Padlock is formatted with FAT32. I can see the padlock as "Removable disk (D:)" when i open explorer. But if i try to access it, it hangs for a while, then wants me to "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk (D:)". Tried on several computers, all using W7 Enterprise. Same problem on all computers. The memory worked yesterday, and i really need to access the data on the Padlock. //JM! Toasted
Try plugging it in to the USBs at the back of the motherboard.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 25, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 25, 2012 And can you try it on another System running a different O.S.? If that fails I would try and format the drive with the SDCard.org format utility. Link will be posted on the left shortly or just go directly to their site and click on down load. If that does not work please use the link on the left and request an RMA and we can replace it.
