cms239 Posted December 6, 2018 Share Posted December 6, 2018 Just got the Crystal 280x RGB I have a couple of questions. Are the LL120 fans that come with the case ok to use on a AIO rad? I would like to get a further two LL140 fans. Can they be bought without the node as I aready have it? The node has two LED ports. One is not being used the other feeds the HD LED Hub which the fans are connected to. If I got a couple more fan I assume I just add them to the hub? Yes, they will be fine. You may lose a little in performance but it's typically not very much. I would like to get a further two LL140 fans. Can they be bought without the node as I aready have it? Yes, the 280X comes with an RGB Fan Hub and a Lighting Node Pro. You can add up to 6 total LL Fans on to the Fan Hub. The node has two LED ports. Finally could I add lighting strips to the spare LED port? Yup. That's exactly what I did with mine. And ... make sure that you check out the RGB FAQ in my signature.
