wHiZzkiD Posted July 12, 2009 Share Posted July 12, 2009 ---- oh deutsch ... nicht registriert ... sry hi, i am looking for the correct timings for Bank Cycle Time (tRC) for my ram: TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX @ 1,9V system is running with 4x2gb modules. bios settings are done acc. to data sheet: 7-7-7-20 - CR on 1T - the rest on auto - and cpu z shows the following settings: CL 7 tRCD 7 tRP 7 tRAS 20 tRC 40 CR 1T (works good!) I can't find a document that shows the correct tRC timing. Mine on auto says 40 as shown above but I saw other ram timings of Corsair DDR3-1600 with 8-8-8-24 with tRC on 33 or 34 so I think my tRC can be improved. I do not want to test it on my own till my system crashes so it would be nice if you could post the correct setting for my ram. I would appreciate if there is a table with even more settings than tRC because there are many many further settings in my bios that can be adjusted ... thanks. cheers, michael Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Selbstverständlich steht es Dir aber frei, weiter mit diesen Einstellungen zu experimentieren und sie zu verschärfen. Informatiuonen über das programmeirte SPD bekommst Du mit cpuz (SPD Reiter oder SPD dump) oder auch Everest auch angezeigt. wHiZzkiD Posted July 14, 2009 Author Share Posted July 14, 2009 lieber bluebeard, cpu-z sowie everest sind mir geläufige programme. wenn meine rams ein programmiertes spd f. 1600mhz hätten, so hätte ich dieses auch schon längst gefunden, im bios eingestellt und hier nicht blöd nach den timings gefragt (...) daher dachte ich, im corsair forum könnte man mir mit meinem problem helfen, da o.g. programme die timings f. 1600mhz nicht ausweisen - wie gesagt, es sind keine timings dafür in den ram programmiert. kann corsair mir denn die genauen timings durchgeben, die ich bei 1600mhz einstellen muss ? ist ja im labor wohl getestet worden oder ? danke + gruss, michael Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
