hitch.united
Good evening, I have an old H100 Liquid CPU cooler, and was curious if anyone has any advice about mounting the radiator using the HG10. Will I be able to mount the H100 onto the GPU and mount the radiator on the bottom of the 780T case? How about the front? Thank you
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted March 18, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 18, 2015 Honestly I'm not 100% certain. If the tubing is as short as the H100i it may be an issue. Do you have the 780T yet?
hitch.united
No not yet. How about any of the other liquid coolers? Is there a recommended place to mount the radiators for the HG10 inside of a 780T?
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted March 19, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 19, 2015 It depends. Front's okay, bottom might be better, rear exhaust if the tubes can reach it. The cooler we tend to baseline with is the H75. Other good ones are the H80i GT, H90, H100i GTX, H110, and H110i GT.
hitch.united
Looks like the H100 can mount on the bottom, but you need to remove the bottom HDD drive cage.
