Help with Void RGB USB headset

The headset works fine on a MacBook Air. Mic works, speakers work, LED's work.

However, when I plug it into my Windows 10 gaming machine, Windows fails to recognize it as does the CUE software.

When booting up PC, the BIOS detects it and it functions, but as soon as Win 10 loads it turns the LED's off and the speakers off. No detection in CUE.

I've installed the latest version of CUE software. Is there something I'm missing? Please help. :(

Open Device Manager, Do you see any entries that have an error or unknown device? If so, Right click it > Properties >General > Copy+Paste the device status here.

IF you are running Windows 7 and see a Code 52 error, Make sure the hotfix below is installed.

If you have not done so, Put in a support ticket with Corsair.

Just got home with the Void Pro RGB USB headset, also having this issue. Attempted reinstalling CUE.

Edit: Moving the device to a USB 2.0 Port has resulted in the device working as prescribed...

This fixed my issue... WTF did Corsair do to my headset? it was working fine with my USB 3 hub until the last update! maybe an issue with firmware?
