Corsair Link, disable temperaturmonitoring

Hey,

first off I'm quite happy with the Link software, it recognizes and is managing 2 Corsair 115 without any problems. I was expecting some problems using 2 coolers, it worked fine.

But having alot, really alot of cores and other stuff in my pc, the temperatur monitoring is quite anoying and useless for me. It just consumes cpu time and I would appreciate a setting for disabling it. Also other programms can get affected by that (ASUS AI blabla).

I would be perfectly happy with a setting like that.

PS. offtopic! but I also own a 5 year old H60 and when I shake it I can clearly hear that it lost alot of water, so maybe you can add some refilling ability, atleast for the highend product line. A 140€ one way product just feels a little bit bad especially when having it twice haha

I suspected if you renamed C:\Program Files (x86)\CorsairLink4\cpuidsdk.dll to say cpuidsdk-hide.dll then this might do what you would like, so I tried this and on my system it did.

BTW CL4 is c**p at reporting systems with > 32 CPUs and Corsair have showed zero interest in addressing this, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=833699

It's also ASUS AI Suite the causes the issues, not CL4, as it poorly engineered and fails to use the usual mutexes to interlock hardware access, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141037.

I am rather surprised ASUS AI Suite is supported on the ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS and would be interested to know how much of the Nuvoton NCT7904D sensor information it reports. Please will you post a screen shot?
