Hush
I am using a STRAFE RGB. I have been using CUE 1 since CUE 2 causes my lighting to lag. It sutters and goes slow. When I use the CUE 1 however there is no lag. This is frustrating cause I really like CUE

Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted July 7, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 7, 2017 Thats odd one would cause stutter while the other does not. Both are sending the same type of RGB data over USB to the keyboard. Try a different USB port (I always recommend the top two).

Inheritance
Could very well be, AMD chipsets aren't known for the best USB ports. Try checking for BIOS, chipset, and USB controller driver updates. Don't use the generic USB drivers from Microsoft. Check your motherboard manufacturer page.
Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted July 10, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 10, 2017 FX-6300 is new enough to not be a bottleneck. However, the motherboard BIOS and its USB controllers may just need updating.
