Trying to submit a ticket about my CX500 but the part number for it isn't showing up

i found the part number for my power supply, i type the start in the part number box and it only shows up with CX650, but not my power supply. can anyone help me with this?

This should be the part number you are looking for.

CP-9020122-NA for the North American model

CP-9020122-EU for the European Model

Mike, that's the 650 model. He has the 500.

Northyy, there has been 4 CX500s over the years (* indicates the country code which the older CMPSU models didn't use for the USA):
