HS50 headset left ear unblalanced sound

I have bought it on 9/11/18 and the box is gone and the manual is gone...the only thing left is the receipt...

 

I experienced the issue persisting in the last few months and have taken care of it ...

 

how do I create a ticket without the package it came in and the manual?

All you need to do is go to https://support.corsair.com, create an account and then a ticket.

 

You dont understand I do not have or know the part number or lotcode,I tried that already they want to code ....

 

I am on the streets I cannot afford the luxury to keep the packages and manuals that come with it...I just throw them away and make room to fit in backpack...to be mobile....

I was not happy with the product.It did not exceed my expectations for 9 months.50 Dollar headset cannot last more even a year yet?

 

why is it that everyone has to spend more than a hundred just to get A ****ING GOOD PAIR OF HEADPHONESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

My expectations was that,they better last 5 years...they didn't even last 9 ****ing months......
