I experienced the issue persisting in the last few months and have taken care of it ... how do I create a ticket without the package it came in and the manual? You dont understand I do not have or know the part number or lotcode,I tried that already they want to code .... I am on the streets I cannot afford the luxury to keep the packages and manuals that come with it...I just throw them away and make room to fit in backpack...to be mobile....
