H100i V2 Making weird noise.

Either the wire is tangled up in the fan, or more likely the bearing has failed. You can contact Corsair through the ticket support system and see if they will replace the offending fan. However, I am of the opinion your life would be better by replacing them with just about anything else. Even when brand new, those fans are a long way from soothing. A different 120mm PWM fan would likely improve the experience. The Corsair ML120 (non-rgb) is an easy choice, but there are others.

Ugh. iif that is the pump, that's pretty bad. It seems too loud to be air bubbles, but maybe...

The obvious troubleshooting step here should be to unplug the fans. Still making noise? It's the pump. You can try tilting the case (while the pump is running) or cycling pump speed from low to high to low and again every 10 seconds to try and disrupt the bubbles. Still sounds too loud for bubbles, but maybe the mic worked extremely well.
