MojoVersion8
as soon as I install and run the software it tells me a firmware update is require so I download and extract the firmware it links me to and update it it looked like it completed successfully but now the status of the firmware is "malfunction" and it gives me question marks for what version it has now the update firmware process keep failing when I try it again EDIT: apparently everything is fine after a reboot
BillRathbone
Please unplug and re-plug your keyboard. Were you using USB 2 ports (as recommended) for the update?
Etz22
I had the same issue and also was getting the Firmware Malfunction message. I was able to get the software to pickup the keyboard by moving the BIOS mode switch on the back of the keyboard. After it picked it up I was able to move it back to default setting without any issue
