I have tried forcing software updates in cue, and have even tried updating cue itself. Only the microphone is having problems. Any ideas on what to do? I just got my headset today, the mic light is red, and when I have iCUE open, my headset says "Mic off" -The mute button on the headset does nothing except reset the headset when holding for 10 seconds. -I tried flipping the mic up and down to toggle the supposed mic toggle. -Force flashing the firmware does nothing -I tried updating iCUE and downgrading iCUE, neither worked -I tried running iCUE as admin -I tried restarting, and updating windows -I tried the headset on a different computer with a different OS.
