When turning on your built system for the first time and your case fans are plugged into the commander pro, is it normal for the case fans to not spin? Does CL have to he installed for the fans to work?

COMMANDER PRO is in USB2.0 header on MB

H115i has sata power to HX1000i PSI

H115I link is plugged into Commander pro

HX1000i link is in Commander Pro

Corsair 760T case fans (3) are plugged into Commander pro

So I downloaded and installed Corsair Link. The case fans, h115i and PSU aren't showing up on the Home tab of CL. If I click devices, it shows nothing

Check Windows Device Manager, are any devices reporting errors? If so what is the error code.

Post the CL4 [Home] tab screen shot.

I found the issue. I forgot to re-plug the COmmander Pro power SATA cable. When I opened my case and traced the SATA cable, I found it dangling....embarrassing!!!!!

Thanks Red. Everything is reporting! :)

I am pleased to hear you have resolved the issue. If it's any consolation I suspect you are not the first one, but most don't admit to their oversight ;):
