Yannick1609 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 I recently have a problem when I try to mute my mic on my Vengeance 2100 wireless headset, it won't do it. When you want to mute the mic, you need to bring the boom of the mic up. And when I do this, it just keeps enabled. So i think this is a mechanical problem and not a problem with software. Toasted Posted February 19, 2015 Share Posted February 19, 2015 If the microphone does not mute when the boom is up, its probably faulty. You can request an RMA to replace the headset.
