STRaYF3 Posted November 16, 2018 Share Posted November 16, 2018 Every time I load my computer my K55 RGB will either not be recognised by iCUE or it will come up with K55 RGB is using incompatible firmware and cannot be updated. Sometimes it will work fine then suddenly decide to show the incompatible firmware message. Any help, I don't want to have to go under my desk and unplug/re-plug my keyboard every time i want to use it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
