BoyLord Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 When I first logged onto my computer today, I was able to use my headset just fine. Then my audio cut out, then my computer couldnt find my headset. Now my dongle wont find my headset. Ive tried going into settings to find my headset but I keep getting some sorta driver error. King NaCl Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 I have had this issue once and am currently experiencing this as well now yet again. This seems to be an issue with the headset itself hanging up... I have attempted to reset the Dongle three times now with no luck (this does include turning the device off then resetting the dongle then turning the device on). The last time this happened I just restarted the computer about three times after trying various things with no luck at all. I should also mention that the device will not successfully force a firmware update... I have this same issue with the ST100 stand as well though... Not sure if that's related. I am hoping the headset will just reconnect itself again here shortly... Kind of silly that that's the only thing I can think to do at this point...
