Perkynips
I'd like to setup a macro to make a key plus a modifier make it do the macro command, for example Ctrl+F1="text string" is this possible, I figured out how to make a macro command and assign it to any key, but I don't see a possible way to setup a modifier and I dont want ot change the default purpose of the key. With how robust the software is i'd be surprised if this isn't possible, I'd appreciate it being added if not.

zhangxu92
I think I have a solution but I have yet to try this out. Okay, (1)you create a new mode within the profile you are in. (2)in the new mode, you assign your text macro to a key. (3)now go back to the old mode, you assign Ctrl to switch to your new mode while pressed. (4)voila! Ctrl + macro key Edit: just tried it and it works!
