ZapNZs
I recently purchased a 256gb GTX and GS for eval. Using Chip Genius, I was able to verify that the NAND in the GS is MLC. However, none of those types of USB flash programs are able to pull this information, presumably because they get confused into thinking the USB drive is in fact a SSD and not a USB drive. Considering the lower GS uses MLC, I am pretty certain the GTX uses MLC as well, but have been unable to verify this. Is there any documentation to verify the NAND type used? (this pertains to the all-black GTX...IIRC the first gen is supposedly the same inside, but in the event it is not, my inquiry is regarding current models.)
