Response time for support ticket?

Hello All

 

I've read some threads on here that dont instil me with much confidence on behalf of corsairs support. My H100i died recently and im looking to get it replaced ASAP, I have logged a ticket with them but its been 5 working days, despite them saying a should expect a response within 2.

 

Could anyone advise the actual response time? Or better yet is there anyone on these forums that could take a look at my ticket for me? The no is 814002
