SMosher Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 Ok team, We picked up the commander pro a few months back and all was well until fan port 6 died. We tried updating, reboot, yada yada nothing so we gave up on the port. Now yesterday we picked up a new Commander pro and I kid you not ports 5 and 6 are dead. 4 wire 3 wire, auto on auto off. Cosair fan, thermaltake fan, cooler masters, yada yada again nothing. So we have 2 bad units here in the shop of 2 purchased or we are missing something. Darn it. I was hoping to not go through this. We'll return this current item as defective and open a ticket on the one we currently have had for a couple months.
