I have a corsair k70 rapidfire (Italian) and my left side alt key keycap is worn. I wrote to your Facebook page through messenger and you said that I can receive the cap under the 2 years warranty. I bought it in December 2016 on Amazon.

The questions are:

1- Is it possible that i have to send back the entire keyboard just for a keycap?

2- In that case i ll go for express solution but i ll receive the same k70 rapidfire with IT layout?

 

Waiting some news about it.
