usmcreserve
Hey guys, I have seen pics and vids of the h100 and have seen this little person symbol light up, but mine never lights up. Not sure what it even means since I didn't get instructions. I get the three lights if i push the fan button, and if i hold down the button for 5 seconds and let go, the fans go to 100 percent for like 10 seconds and then it does back to lowest setting. seems that even at the highest setting (all three lights) that my fans don't seem like they are going as fast as they can, and I wish they could, since noise isn't an issue for me. Someone else out there have some info on this? http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b387/spanishboi666/h101.jpg
Johnintoit
I believe the fans will idle down until your system gets hot depending on how you have them set up, the person figure that does not light up is for the Corsair link which is not available yet. usmcreserve
Makes a lot of sense. Thanks a lot! Wish they included some kind of documentation though.

You can refer to this thread on how the pump fan control works: http://www.corsair.com/media/cms/Blog/H100_buildlog/profile_chart.jpg http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=97045
curiousclive
If you need to have fans running faster than the controller sets you could connect them to fan controllers on MB and set the speeds in Bios. Although if the corsair controller is keeping temperatures at good level when set to speed 3 then it should not be necessary.
