k95 rgb Pressing light button makes desktop go nuts

I came home and found my K95 key lights werent working so I went through the whole usual stuff, unplugged, rebooted etc but nothing seemed to work. But if I press the little round Light key on the top right my Start window on my desktop opens up and then closes and will then open up by itself again without me touching anything.

I uninstalled the Corsair Keyboard Engine program thinking maybe there was some macro screwing up but that didnt fix it.

Any ideas?

Put in a support ticket and see whether a hard reset can resolve the issue.
