zbahriyeli Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 Hello, I recently put in an RMA request for some faulty RAM. The RMA was approved, however they need both sticks of RAM. I'm contacting on behalf of the school I work for and when we built these PCs we bought 2x8gb sets and used 1x8gb in each PC. I've made another 2 updates on my ticket asking whether it is possible for us to send out the 1 stick, as it's highly unlikely we'll be able to find the matching stick, and had no response. The chat is unavailable too so I can't get through. The support as it stands has been rather lack-luster and considering the amount of sets we bought, I would've expected a bit more.
