pacho108 Posted September 2, 2017 Share Posted September 2, 2017 Hi. I got this ticket close to a month ago and have yet to receive a response from Corsair's support. Also, I tried login in to the support portal to check this ticket status and keep getting the wrong user/password error. I have reset the password twice but still getting the error. Submitted an RMA request at the beginning of August, got a ticket # but never received a response from support. Been trying to log back in to the support site and it keeps giving me the wrong email/password message; I've changed the password several times to no avail. I check my emails daily and never saw one from corsair regarding this ticket. Nevertheless, thank you for fixing my support account, I will proceed with the return.
