Ticket # 605510

Hi. I got this ticket close to a month ago and have yet to receive a response from Corsair's support.

Also, I tried login in to the support portal to check this ticket status and keep getting the wrong user/password error. I have reset the password twice but still getting the error. Some help would be appreciated, thanks.

Piggybacking on the same issue here. Submitted an RMA request at the beginning of August, got a ticket # but never received a response from support. Been trying to log back in to the support site and it keeps giving me the wrong email/password message; I've changed the password several times to no avail.

Doesn't support send out emails to notify people if a ticket has gotten a response? I check my emails daily and never saw one from corsair regarding this ticket. Nevertheless, thank you for fixing my support account, I will proceed with the return.
